When setting up utilities, it's best to refer to your sellers disclosure. They will be listed in there in most cases. Each area that we work has its own utility set up, below are some of the most common. You can also google your "neighborhood and utilities" and in most cases it comes (assuming its not listed below).

There is a chance your neighborhood has its own MUD district. The MUD typically covers water and sewer. In some cases the MUD/HOA fees cover trash pick up. Please refer to your sellers disclosure. Many MUD districts require an in person/mail in deposit.
Cable & Internet
Sometimes cable and internet providers will be scheduled out 1-2 weeks so plan ahead if you require those services with no time interruptions.
