New YMCA in Progress as South Montgomery County Continues to Expand

As South Mongtomery County continues to expand, it's residents will soon enjoy a brand new YMCA facility. The Holcomb YMCA is located at 5201 Imperial Promenade Dr, Spring, TX 77386; just on the outskirts of the popular Falls at Imperial Oaks neighborhood. The first phase of this YMCA is already near completion. The location will feature an outdoor gym, covered pavillion, basketball and soccer fields, and even a food truck plaza! 

The design will also tie into the current trail system, which is already a community favorite area that winds around Lake Holcombe. With booming house sales and explosive growth in this area, the YMCA is just one of many new offerings to residents of South Montgomery County. Other recent resident favorites are the new Regal Benders Landing Movie Theatre, and upcoming Bytes Archade and Eatery and Handel's Homemade Ice Cream. With more business, retail, and dining options to choose from, it's never been a better time to move into this bustling area!
