New Community Coming to Montgomery County

Shea Homes has purchased a 300 acre tract of land along Dobbin-Huffsmith Road, north of Hardin Store Road to develop into a new community named Woodhavyn. The extension of Woodtrace Boulevard from Hwy 249 to FM 2978 is set to run through this new community giving easy access to both Tomball and The Woodlands. 

Many details have yet to be released, however we do know homesites will range from 40 to 70 feet wide, home sales are projected to begin around the end of 2023, and homes will be zoned to Magnolia ISD. Amenities including a recreation center, lake, and green spaces are also in the plans for Woodhavyn.
