HOA Laws are changing in Texas

Did you know that Home Owners Association Laws are changing in Texas?  

Texas Realtors supported this bill 100% and advocated for home owners to get the bill passed.  HOA's have a bad reputation for control tactics and over charging home owners so we hope this helps to protect home owners from inefficient association control.
